1 This is an appeal from the judgment entered on April 9, 1999, in the Court of Common Pleas, Butler County, in favor of First State Insurance Company and against Stevens Painton Corporation. On appeal, Stevens challenges the lower courts finding that Stevens declaratory judgment action was barred by the doctrine of res judicata and the alternate finding that First States umbrella provision of the insurance contract did not apply. We affirm.
